• Exercises: We guide you through gentle, tailored exercises to assist with circulation and begin rebuilding your movement and strength.

• Slings or Braces: We provide professional fitting of any required supportive equipment and guide you how to use them correctly.

• Transfers & Mobility : We ensure you are confident moving in and out of bed and walking safely and independently.

• Equipment Needs: We arrange necessary walking aids, bathroom supports, or other equipment. For your convenience, these can be hired or purchased directly on the wards.
